We concentrate on the professional management of real estate for institutional investors. The focus is on the management of retail, residential and office properties as well as social real estate. The three companies under uniform management work closely together to realise services along the entire value chain of existing properties from a single source for their clients. Being part of the Ten Brinke Group provides access to construction and project development services, an attractive pipeline and to the branch network with 12 locations in Germany alone. In its 120-year history, the company with headquarters in Varsseveld in the Netherlands has grown steadily and is now active throughout Europe: committed, aware and competent.
Investment and asset management
PIER Investment Partner is the Group's bank-independent real estate investment boutique and focuses on the professional management of real estate for institutional investors. The investment philosophy focuses on the active management of the properties under management. The team consists of interdisciplinary experts with many years of real estate expertise.

GFTS is a technical service company that takes care of the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and project management for conversions and renovations.
